The Problem

Soleia Surf Hostel was undergoing a major transition, breaking away from its franchise to relaunch as a fully independent surf camp.

This required building an entirely new brand identity, voice, and digital presence from the ground up. With no established audience or online traction, Soleia needed to quickly generate awareness, build credibility, and create a strong presence both online and within the local Bali community.

The Outcome

  • Grew TikTok to 1,000+ followers within the first two weeks independently

  • Increased Instagram following by 300%+ during my time

  • Established a consistent and recognizable brand voice across platforms

  • Built a network of local partnerships that added value to the guest experience

The Solution

I helped bring the new Soleia brand to life by leading social media growth and supporting business-to-business partnerships. I launched Soleia’s TikTok from scratch and developed a consistent content strategy across TikTok and Instagram, including content planning, creation, and caption writing to establish a distinct and engaging brand voice.

In addition to social, I built relationships with local businesses, such as restaurants, gyms, and coworking spaces. This enhanced the guest experience and strengthen Soleia’s presence within the Bali community. I also initiated a partnership with 4Ocean to create a weekly beach cleanup, turning sustainability into a core part of the brand experience.
