FedEx Social Media Campaign
The Problem
Shipping services can feel impersonal, making packages seem like “just boxes” instead of meaningful items with emotional value.
The Solution
Created the “More Than a Box” Instagram campaign to highlight the personal stories and important moments inside every FedEx package.
Goals
Make FedEx feel more human, trustworthy, and emotionally connected to consumers by showing that every package is handled with care. This would hopefully further people to choose FedEx as their carrier of choice.
