Choolaah Brand Ambassador

The Problem

Choolaah, a new Indian BBQ restaurant in the University of Tennessee student union, lacked awareness among students and had little to no foot traffic.

The Solution

I created engaging Instagram Reels for Choolaah’s official account and hosted an on-campus tasting event, bringing in 50+ students to try the food for free and generate buzz.

The Outcome

Choolaah saw a noticeable increase in student engagement and foot traffic, going from no lines to consistently busy, with more students choosing to eat there regularly.
